Series: Part 3/3

The Triune God

This booklet explores the foundational Christian doctrine of the Triune God, presenting the biblical view that one God exists as three distinct Persons: The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It affirms the full deity of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, describes their unified work in salvation, and refutes common doctrinal errors that challenge the nature of the Trinity.

Man Before God

This booklet addresses Man’s spiritual condition before his Creator: spiritually deformed and polluted by sin (depravity) and yet retaining the volition with which God created him. This booklet also contains a glossary of theological terms that are often used when discussing Reformed theology.

Series: Part 1/3

Sovereign God

This booklet relates the story of God’s love for all; a love that is integral to His holiness and does not jeopardize His sovereignty in any way.

Continuing in the Things We Have Learned

This booklet exhorts members of the Apostolic Christian Church (Nazarean) to hold fast to their specific doctrinal truths amidst the challenges of the "last days". It emphasizes the church's Anabaptist heritage , focusing on key beliefs like genuine conversion and a unified brotherhood as foundational teachings to continue in.

Christian Modesty

This booklet addresses the principle of Christian modesty in appearance, speech, and standard of living. It defines modesty as freedom from vanity and arrogance, rooting it in a humble heart that seeks to glorify God rather than self. The text provides specific applications as a testimony to a world that idolizes excess.

A City Set on a Hill

This booklet describes the biblical nature and purpose of the church. It uses several key metaphors from scripture, defining the church as the unified body of Christ, a holy temple indwelt by God, a loving fellowship, the pillar and ground of truth, and the light of the world. The booklet emphasizes that the church must maintain doctrinal soundness and visibly demonstrate Christ's life through holy living and evangelism to fulfill its mission.

Harmless as Doves

This Booklet explains the doctrine of non-resistance. It presents non-resistance not just as pacifism or conscientious objection to military service, but as a broader principle rooted in Christ's command to love one's enemies and "resist not evil" in all personal relationships. The booklet traces the historical practice of non-resistance from the early church through the Anabaptist movement and into the church's own history, highlighting it as a core tenet of following Christ's example.

Dangers of Fraternization

This document explains the Apostolic Christian Church (Nazarean)'s position of not "fraternizing" or mingling with other Christian denominations. It argues that this practice of maintaining spiritual separation is a reasonable application of biblical teachings on brotherhood, unity, and discernment, intended to protect the church from doctrinal error and confusion. The booklet asserts this stance is not a judgment that all other Christians are heretics, but a safeguard to preserve the fellowship's specific doctrinal integrity and promote a true experience of brotherhood.

Approaching Marriage in Faith

This booklet outlines a faith-based approach to marriage for single believers. It emphasizes preparing oneself for marriage by developing godly character before seeking a partner and stresses the importance of earnest prayer, godly counsel, and accountability to parents and the church. The document advises against modern dating, viewing it as a worldly practice fraught with problems, and instead promotes a process of careful, prayerful discernment of God's will.

ACCN Viewpoints

The Apostolic Christian Viewpoints series is a collection of writings prepared by a committee of the Elder Council of the Apostolic Christian Church (Nazarean). These booklets are not intended as exhaustive works on their respective subjects. Rather, they are offered as an encouragement to those who currently embrace these views; and to those who do not, a call to consider these topics in the light of scripture.
